Panasonic Toyota Racing: Paul Ricard and Jerez Tests
Paul Ricard and Jerez Tests
Panasonic Toyota Racing drivers Olivier Panis and Ricardo Zonta have completed this week's mammoth four-day test session. Panis completed 56 laps of Circuit Paul Ricard on his sole day of running, working on aerodynamic tests ahead of next week's US Grand Prix in Indianapolis. Zonta, meanwhile, ended his four days of driving duties at the Circuit de Jerez in Spain - his 100 laps today bring his overall lap total for the week to an impressive 328.

Working on: Aerodynamic development for Indianapolis and Suzuka "The team moved from Barcelona to Circuit Paul Ricard to complete the programme that Cristiano started earlier this week and we had a very successful day. We took advantage of the circuit flexibility and adopted a track configuration that helped us to prepare for the quite atypical Indianapolis layout. We focused on aerodynamic developments and set-up options for the United States Grand Prix but also for Japan, and I am very happy with what we managed to achieve in just one day."
Weather: Sunny and warm, no wind.

Working on: Michelin tyre testing, general set-up work
"We have had a very productive week, as the number of laps we completed shows. We covered in excess of 1400 kilometers without any real problem hindering our test. This allowed us to achieve some solid work, getting through set-up and tyre testing ahead of the last two rounds of the season, but also carrying out future development tests. It was an intensive test but it was good to drive through the four days as I feel that we really made the most of it."
