Panasonic Toyota Racing today began the Spanish part of their dual test session this week with Olivier Panis at the wheel of the TF103 at the Circuit de Jerez. Very bad weather throughout the day seriously hampered the test programme. Olivier completed 25 laps setting a best time of 1m28.73s.

"There is unfortunately not a lot to tell about today as we obviously could not run as much as we hoped. The weather was very bad, but we took the chance to carry out some further work on car set-up in the wet conditions. We can just hope that the weather will improve for my final day of pre-season testing in the TF103 tomorrow."
